Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 m.-large pork fillet(s)
- 120 ml balsamic vinegar
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 hours; Total time approx. 7 hours 5 minutes
in a slow cooker (crockpot)
Wash the pork tenderloin and place it in the slow cooker. Mix all the other ingredients and spread them over the pork. Let the slow cooker do its work on low for 6-7 hours, and you’ll have a wonderfully tender piece of meat that melts in your mouth for dinner.
