Rice with peanut butter and bean sprouts

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g rice
  • some soy sauce
  • 100 g soy sprouts
  • ½ spring onion(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 ½ tbsp peanut butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the rice in salted water. Lightly fry the bean sprouts and spring onions in a wok or pan. Add the soy sauce and peanut butter, mix everything, and fry until crispy, if desired. Serve with the rice.
