  • 4 pork steaks (minute steaks, cut from the back)

  • salt and pepper
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • some honey, liquid
  • some Marsala

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Quick recipe

Lightly coat the meat in flour. Heat the oil. Fry the floured meat for about 1.5-2 minutes per side until browned, remove from the pan, and keep warm. Bring the stock to a boil with the balsamic vinegar. Add the garlic (remove before serving), salt, pepper, and, if desired, add honey. Top with a dash of Marsala. Serve with tagliatelle. The flavor of the sauce depends heavily on the quality of the balsamic vinegar.
