Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g chicken or turkey meat
- 5 m.-sized onion(s)
- 5 cloves garlic or more
- 1 can/n peach(s)
- 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
- Salt
- Sambal Oelek
- some oil

Garlic Peach Chicken
Super quick, super easy, super delicious. Peel and quarter the onions, then fry them vigorously in a little oil, adding the chopped garlic. Add the walnut-sized meat and fry until lightly browned. Now add the passata and the peach juice, and season generously with salt and sambal oelek. Let it all simmer for a bit. Just before serving, add the peaches, sliced into 1cm x 1cm pieces, and heat gently. Serve with basmati rice!
