  • 1 banana(s)

  • 50 g flour
  • 30 g brown cane sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 22 minutes

low-carb

Approx. 30 cookies First, peel the banana and mash it finely with a fork until you have a smooth paste. Put the banana in a mixing bowl and mix it with the softened butter and egg. Then stir in the brown sugar. Finally, mix the almonds with the flour and baking powder and knead it in. Be careful, the dough is quite soft. Roll the dough in cling film to form a long log. Place the dough in the fridge for at least an hour or in the freezer for 30 minutes. Then cut cookies about 0.5 cm wide from the roll and bake them in the oven at around 150 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes. The cookies should only be lightly browned so they are still a little soft on the inside. They taste really banana-like.
