Banana and peach pan

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s), peeled
  • 1 peach(s), ripe
  • 1 half onion(s)
  • 5 almonds, peeled
  • 1 tbsp flakes (cereal)
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil, cold squeezed
  • 1 date(s), dried, pitted, or some raisins
  • Salt
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Basic recipe, hearty, for a small appetite

Carefully heat the oil in a pan. Peel and chop the onion, and add it to the pan. Chop the almonds and add them along with the cereal. Sauté everything lightly. Cut the peach (peel first if necessary) and banana into small pieces and heat them in the pan until lightly browned, turning occasionally. Chop the date, add them to the pan, and season to taste.
