First, prepare a cup of sage tea and steep it vigorously, i.e., for 6-8 minutes. Since I have fresh sage in my garden, I usually make the tea with the fresh herbs. Depending on the size of the leaves, I use 3-4 sage leaves. The smoothie can also be made with 1 tea bag or 3-4 dried leaves. Let the tea cool. Then peel the banana, cut it into pieces, and blend it in a blender with the cold tea and the other ingredients until smooth. Pour the smoothie into a glass and drink immediately.
