  • 3 tbsp oat flakes
  • 3 tbsp blueberries
  • ½ banana(s)
  • ½ orange(s)
  • 150 ml milk

Instructions

with oat flakes and milk

Place the oats, blueberries, peeled banana, and peeled orange in a blender. Add the milk and blend thoroughly. You have a mild and delicious smoothie. Note: The amount of milk can be adjusted depending on your desired consistency and personal taste. At 150 ml, the smoothie will have a rather runny consistency. Approximately 315 kcal per serving.
