Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 120 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 120 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 150 g desiccated coconut
  • 90 g mixed dried fruits
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and mix in. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir into the mixture along with the coconut flakes and dried fruit. Grease a shallow baking dish and pour in the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 30 minutes.
