Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 75 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 250 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 2 vanilla pods, scraped pulp
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 75 g raisins
- Butter to grease the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Banana cake with raisins
Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg. Combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla seeds, and salt and add to the mixture. Mash the bananas and add them alternately with the raisins. Pour everything into a greased pan and bake at 190 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
