Banana bread for the BBA

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml milk
  • 50 g butter, liquid
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 450 g flour, type 550 or light spelt flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 bananas, very ripe
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine milk, butter, and honey in the bread pan. Then add flour, egg, salt, yeast, and sugar. Set the oven to “Normal” for medium brown. Meanwhile, mash the bananas and mix with the lemon juice. When the bread pan beeps, add the bananas to the batter.
