Banana Bundt Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 bananas, ripe
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 g sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 9 tbsp cream or milk
  • 370 g flour, smooth
  • 2 tbsp baking soda
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and set aside. Beat the egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, and softened butter until fluffy. Then mash the bananas and add them to the mixture along with the cream or milk. Finally, combine the flour with the baking powder and baking soda and add them alternately with the beaten egg whites. Then pour the batter into the greased springform pan. Bake the cake at 180°C for about 45 minutes. Don’t forget to do the toothpick test!
