Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • some curry paste, red
  • 1 tsp, leveled curry powder
  • 5 dates, dried
  • 2 tbsp peanuts, roasted and salted
  • n. B. Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 4 days; Total time approx. 4 days 10 minutes

quick to make, easy to prepare

Let the butter soften at room temperature. Finely chop the dates and finely chop the peanuts or crush them in a mortar. Mix all ingredients well with a fork and let the butter marinate in the refrigerator before serving. Add the curry paste carefully; it’s very spicy. I use 2-3 pea-sized dollops. The peanuts already add a bit of salt, so it’s best to add more salt once the butter has marinated.
