Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 bananas (really ripe)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dissolve the sugar in the melted butter, add the eggs, and mix until smooth. Mash the bananas and stir into the mixture. Mix the flour and baking powder, add them, and mix again until smooth. Pour the batter into a well-greased baking pan and bake at 180°C for about one hour.
