Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g banana(s), ripe
- 50 g almond(s), ground
- 100 g raisins, alternatively cherries, pitted
- 75 g oat flakes
- 125 g flour (wholemeal flour)
- 100 ml oil (rapeseed or sunflower oil)
- 1 pinch of salt

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Mash the bananas and mix them with the remaining ingredients to form a batter. Bake in a loaf pan at 180 degrees Celsius for 50 to 60 minutes. Instead of the raisins, you can also stir in a few pitted cherries; the batter will naturally be moister, but still delicious.
