Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g banana(s), ripe, peeled, weighed
- 50 g nuts, chopped
- 100 g raisins
- 75 g oat flakes
- 125 g flour (wholemeal flour)
- 100 ml sunflower oil
- 1 pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius (325 degrees Fahrenheit). Mash the bananas and mix with all the other ingredients to form a soft, moist batter. Pour the batter into a small, greased loaf pan or a 24cm springform pan and bake on the middle rack for about 30 minutes. Let cool for at least 10 minutes, then remove from the pan.
