Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 125 g flour
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 packs of QimiQ
- 3 tbsp Nutella
- 250 ml cream
- 3 bananas

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 9 hours 10 minutes
from a 26 cm springform pan, approx. 16 pieces
Preheat the oven to 170°C fan/fan oven and prepare a 26cm springform pan. For the sponge cake, first separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Now beat the egg yolks with the vanilla sugar until frothy and carefully fold them into the egg whites. Then mix the flour with the baking powder and carefully fold this into the egg mixture. Pour the mixture into the springform pan and bake for about 20 minutes at 170°C fan oven. For the cream, beat Qimiq with a mixer and add Nutella. Then mix everything again vigorously until smooth. Dice the bananas and fold them into the mixture. Then whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold this in as well. Let the sponge cake cool a little and then remove from the springform pan. Then place a cake ring around the sponge cake, pour the cream on top and spread it evenly. Let the cake chill for a few hours; it also works great overnight. Decorate the cake with banana chips, chocolate curls, hearts, etc. Cut the cake into about 16 pieces.
