Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 250 g flour
- ⅛ liter milk
- 4 bananas
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp rum
- some margarine
- chocolate sauce
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Beat the eggs with the sugar, butter, and vanilla sugar until frothy. Gradually add the sifted flour mixed with the baking powder and the milk. Grease a baking dish with a little margarine and pour in half of the batter. Peel and slice the bananas. Drizzle with rum and sprinkle with sugar. Layer the slices on top of the batter and cover with the remaining batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 60 minutes. Serve with chocolate sauce.
