Banana Cherry Cake

- 150 g Soft butter
- 150 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 Free range eggs
- 2 Fresh bananas
- 75 Milliliters Milk 3.8
- 300 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 1 Glass Sour cherries drained weight. 350 grams
- 100 g Chocolate chips
- Pour the sour cherries into a sieve and drain well.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Cut the bananas into pieces and puree with the milk. Add the banana milk to the egg mixture and stir in well.
- Mix the flour with the baking powder, the pinch of salt and the pinch of cinnamon and stir into the mixture. Pour the dough into the prepared pan and smooth it out. Now distribute the sour cherries on the dough. Finally, distribute the chocolate drops over the sour cherries.
- Now place the cake in the (fan-assisted) oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 60 minutes. (Stick sample) After the baking time, take it out of the oven and let it cool down in the tin for 20 minutes. Then remove the edge of the springform pan and let the cake cool down.
