Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g flour
- 90 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- Fat, for the shape
- 3 bananas
- 2 packs of cake glaze
- 500 ml water
- 2 bars of chocolate, milk chocolate
- 1 pack of cream
- Cocoa powder, for dusting

homemade cake with sponge cake
Separate the eggs and beat egg whites. Stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg yolks. Then add the flour and baking powder. Pour the sponge cake mixture into a greased springform pan (26 cm diameter) and bake for about 20 minutes at 160°C. Allow to cool, then place a cake ring around it. Slice the bananas lengthwise and spread them on the cooled sponge cake (you can spread a little more jam under the bananas if desired). Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and quickly mix it with the cake glaze made with 500 ml of water according to the package instructions. Spread it on the sponge cake and allow to cool and set. The cake ring can then be removed. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and spread it on the cake, possibly even on the sides to create a cake-like texture. Finally, dust with cocoa powder.
