Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

lots of calories, but quick, easy and delicious

Preparation is very simple. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Use just a small amount of cinnamon so you can’t really taste it. Otherwise, it will be too “Christmassy.” No additional sugar is needed. If desired, you can adjust the sweetness with the honey or ice cream. If using ripe bananas (already beginning to show dark spots), it should definitely be sweet enough. Blend everything for a few seconds until foam forms. If the milk and cream are from the refrigerator and the ice cream is from the freezer, the drink will be at drinking temperature right away. Tip: A banana milkshake is also an excellent way to prepare overripe bananas that are no longer suitable for immediate consumption.
