Apple rice milkshake

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 8 tbsp Basmati rice, cooked, leftover from the previous day
  • 3 apples
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp coconut blossom sugar, possibly other brown sugar
  • 450 ml whole milk or plant-based drink

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

tastes like rice pudding, also vegan possible

Wash the apples, remove the stems and blossoms, core, peel if desired, and finely chop. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for about 2 minutes. This is ideal for using up leftover cooked rice. Basmati rice tastes best, but other rice will also work. Adjust the sugar, cinnamon, and milk to your liking. This recipe makes 2-3 glasses.
