Rowena's Strawberry-Chamomile Smoothie

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 240 ml milk, alternatively almond drink
  • 120 ml chamomile tea, cooled
  • 45 g cooked quinoa or oat flakes
  • 100 g strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • e.g. honey, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Blend milk, tea, cooked quinoa (for leftovers) or oats, and strawberries until smooth in a blender or mixer. Sweeten with honey to taste.
