Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 240 ml milk, alternatively almond drink
- 120 ml chamomile tea, cooled
- 45 g cooked quinoa or oat flakes
- 100 g strawberries, fresh or frozen
- e.g. honey, liquid
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Blend milk, tea, cooked quinoa (for leftovers) or oats, and strawberries until smooth in a blender or mixer. Sweeten with honey to taste.
