Banana Cinnamon Shake

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 bananas
  • 250 ml yogurt
  • 250 ml milk, possibly more
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
  • possibly ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

with milk and yogurt

Puree the bananas in a blender. Add the yogurt, milk, and remaining ingredients and blend until frothy. Divide evenly among four glasses and serve immediately. Since bananas oxidize and brown quickly, they will ruin the look of the shake after a while. Serve quickly. For summer: Add two ice cubes to the glass and use cold milk. A quick tip: Use more milk if you want the shake to be nice and runny and taste less sweet.
