Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 portion of fruit of your choice
  • 150 g natural yogurt (1.5%)
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash the fruit, peel it (depending on the variety), and cut it into small pieces. Mix the natural yogurt with water. Add the cinnamon and fruit pieces and puree. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately or chilled.
