Banana cold soup with mango

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 banana(s)
  • ½ mango(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the pit, cut about half into small cubes, and set aside. Peel the banana, cut into pieces, and blend it in a blender with buttermilk, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice. Pour the banana milk into two deep plates or dessert bowls, add the mango pieces, and enjoy. This cold soup tastes best when the bananas are cold, so you can refrigerate them beforehand. It also tastes great with (peeled) peaches and apricots.
