Banana cream with raspberry puree

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark (cottage cheese)
  • 300 g natural yogurt
  • 4 bananas, peeled and finely mashed
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon (can be quite a strong pinch)
  • Honey
  • 250 ml raspberries, pureed and strained through a sieve

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the curd with yogurt, bananas, and cinnamon until smooth and season with honey. Layer the cream and raspberry puree in dessert glasses.
