Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 70 g chips (banana chips)
  • 200 g flour, smooth
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, banana
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • some cinnamon
  • 100 g butter or margarine
  • 1 m.-sized banana(s)

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Grind the banana chips. Mix the flour, banana chips, powdered sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and pudding mix. Add the butter pieces and mashed banana to the flour mixture. Knead everything into a smooth dough. Chill the dough for about 60 minutes. Divide the dough into several portions, roll them into ropes, cut into small pieces, and roll them into croissants. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes until light golden. Once cooled, dip the tips in chocolate and sprinkle with banana chip crumbs.
