Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 250 g natural yogurt
- 2 bananas, very ripe

healthy, light, delicious
Mash the bananas (they should be very ripe, otherwise the quark won’t have enough sweetness!) with a fork, then stir in the yogurt and quark. If it’s not creamy enough, just add more yogurt. This is my version of banana quark, which requires absolutely no additional sweetening and is therefore healthy!
