Pancakes with quark and banana

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 65 g flour
  • 1 tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp cane sugar
  • 200 ml milk 1.5%
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 3 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 2 tsp oil
  • some powdered sugar
  • 1 banana(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

WW-suitable; 9PP per portion

Combine flour, sugar, oats, and cinnamon and mix with milk and egg to form a smooth batter. Fold in the quark. Chop the banana and mix with the lemon juice. Heat a teaspoon of oil in a pan and pour in the first portion of batter. Place half of the banana pieces on top and let them sink in. Cook the pancakes on each side over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy.
