Sliced meat with Banana and Curry
The perfect sliced meat with banana and curry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 240 g Sliced turkey
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1 pole Leeks / small
- 2 Pc. Carrots
- 1 Pc. Banana fresh
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 200 ml Milk 3.5%
- 2 tbsp Raisins / on request
- 2 tbsp Roasted almond flakes
- Cut the meat into small pieces, fry in oil and then set aside.
- Cut the carrots into cubes / chop the leek.
- Put the carrots + leek in a pan, fry / steam them briefly and then dust with the flour.
- Now add the vegetable stock and the milk and bring to the boil once.
- Enter the raisins with (stir)
- Cut the banana into small pieces in the meantime
- Now season everything with salt, pepper and curry to taste.
- Put the banana and the meat in the sauce and bring to the boil.
- As a side dish, rice (we cooked it in salt / curry water)
- Decorate with flaked almonds (taste suuuuuuper)
