Banana curry sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sour cream or sour cream
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise, e.g. Miracel Whip
  • ½ banana(s)
  • 3 tsp curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

for fondue

Blend the yogurt, sour cream, crème fraîche, and mayonnaise with a mixer until smooth. Then dice the banana very finely and add it along with the curry powder. Stir everything thoroughly again. Season to taste, if desired. This sauce is a hit at our annual New Year’s Eve fondue.
