Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 jar cranberries
  • 3 tbsp jam (orange jam)
  • 1 tbsp orange peel, untreated, grated
  • 2 tbsp red wine
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with pies, fondue, cold meat, game, grilled food, etc.

Blend the cranberries with the orange marmalade and the grated orange zest until smooth. Stir in the red wine and mustard and season with salt and pepper.
