- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 cup of natural yogurt
- some mineral water
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch of chives
- salt and pepper

Dip for the calorie-conscious
It’s best prepared a day in advance! Whisk the quark with a splash of mineral water until creamy. Then gradually add the natural yogurt, a tablespoon at a time; the sauce shouldn’t be too thin. Finely chop the garlic and finely chop the chives. Add both to the quark and season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until the next day, or at least for a few hours. Season again before serving. Perfect for barbecues and fondue. Or simply as a dip for vegetables and snacks!
