Banana Granola Breakfast In A Jar

The eye eats with you! Our banana muesli in a glass is not only beautiful to look at but also quick to prepare and healthy.

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 370 grams of yogurt
  • 2 Chiquita bananas

Cereal mix

  • 400 g cereal flakes (a mixture of barley, wheat, oats, and rye).
  • 33 g sunflower seeds
  • 33 g pumpkin seeds
  • 10 grams of raisins
  • 10 g dried cranberries
  • 2 glasses

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 160°C. Spread the muesli and the seeds in a thin layer on a baking tray and bake for about 6 minutes until everything is golden brown and crispy.

Allow to cool and mix with the raisins and cranberries.

Peel and slice the bananas.

Put a layer of yogurt in the glasses, then a layer of muesli on top, and crown everything with the banana slices. Repeat the steps until the glass is filled.
