Ingredients
 

Wet ingredients:

  • 40 g Unsweetened corn flakes
  • 40 g Sunflower seeds
  • 30 g Puffed rice
  • 2 Pc. Very ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Ginger powder
  • 35 g Melted coconut oil

additionally:

  • 40 g Raisins

Instructions
 

  • Puree the bananas with the moist ingredients and mix with the remaining ingredients. This is best done with your hands. Pour the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and distribute it.
  • Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees top / bottom heat on the middle rack for about 20 minutes. Stir twice in between so that the edges don't get too brown. Take out and only then fold in the raisins.
  • Let the granola cool completely and pack it airtight.
