Banana – Granola – Cookies

Ingredients
 

  • 2 piece Ripe bananas
  • 4 tbsp Cereal

Instructions
 

  • Remove the bananas from the peel, break into pieces and place in a bowl and mash with a fork when it has turned into a pulp, then add the muesli and knead well.
  • Now place the porridge on baking paper with 2 spoons and bake in the oven at 180 degrees, you determine the duration yourself, because the longer you bake, the harder it will be.
  • When they are finished I recommend to bring them to safety :)))
  • Tip 4: overripe bananas are particularly suitable for this and you can often get them cheaper. Banana are ripe when they have dark spots or are already brown, but many do not want them that way.
  • Tip 5: you can also add chopped nuts
