Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 banana(s) , (ripe)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 ml milk (whole milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or
  • 1 bottle of butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 75 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 20 minutes

The ingredients are mixed and blended in a blender. Milk can be substituted for cream (in whole or in part). Instead of milk and cream, yogurt, skim milk, sour milk, or quark can also be used. Place the mixture in the freezer and stir every 15 minutes with a hand mixer until it sets. It works even better with an ice cream maker, which saves you the hassle and produces an especially creamy ice cream.
