Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g banana(s), fully ripe, mashed (4-5 pieces)
  • 1 lime(s), juice
  • 250 ml milk, low-fat
  • 150 ml cream
  • n. B. Sweetener, liquid or 0.5 pinch crystalline Stevia or sugar to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Creamy, low-fat banana ice cream for the ice cream maker

Puree the bananas and add the lime juice, then add the milk, cream, and sweetener and blend thoroughly. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker.
