- Spice(s) (cinnamon, vanilla, etc.)

Quickly mix the fruit with the yogurt, milk, etc., and blend everything. Add the spices and sweetener or sugar, then refrigerate for another 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, or eat immediately. The recipe is incredibly versatile; there are no limits to your creativity. I never blend the fruit; it’s a bit coarser this way, and you have something to chew on.
