Banana in puff pastry

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 pack of puff pastry, fresh
  • 3 tbsp chocolate cream (dark chocolate cream)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

really simple and really tasty

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). First, spread the puff pastry on a baking sheet and divide it into three equal portions. Place a peeled banana on each portion. Spread the area around each banana with a tablespoon of dark chocolate spread. Regular chocolate spread, such as Nutella, works, if you like. Fold the puff pastry around each banana to completely enclose it. Bake the wrapped bananas in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. If desired, add a sprinkling of powdered sugar.
