Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g whipped cream
- 500g spaghetti
- 200 g cooked ham
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- Salt and pepper, black
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to the instructions. In the meantime, put the eggs and cream in a sufficiently large container (e.g. a large measuring jug), add a little salt and a good amount of black pepper. Mix everything well. Now cut the cooked ham into strips or pieces. When the pasta is ready, drain the water quickly, but do not dry it for too long. The pasta should still be a little wet. Return it to the pot and immediately pour in the egg and cream mixture and mix vigorously for 1 minute. If necessary, turn the heat back on briefly if the heat is not sufficient to set the egg sufficiently. After the first stirring (max. 1 minute later), immediately add the finely chopped cooked ham and serve.
