Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g banana(s), peeled and weighed
  • 500 g gelling sugar
  • 4 lemons
  • Ginger powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

enough for 3 – 4 glasses of 250 ml each

Slice the bananas and toss with the juice of one lemon. Peel and segment the remaining lemons, reserving the juice. Add everything to the bananas. Mix with the gelling sugar and season with ginger powder. Let stand for 1 hour. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Immediately pour into prepared jars while still hot and seal.
