Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 ml buttermilk
- 2 bananas
- 2 kiwis
- possibly sugar, sweetener or honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
fast, healthy and delicious
Peel and chop the bananas and kiwi fruit, then place them in a tall container with the buttermilk. Puree everything with a hand blender and divide the mixture between glasses. Depending on the ripeness of the fruit, you may not need to add any more sweeteners.
