banana milk

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ¾ liter of milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 scoops of ice cream, vanilla
  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • some banana liqueur
  • some eggnog

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the bananas and place them in a blender along with the vanilla sugar, egg, ice cream, and liqueurs. Add a little milk and blend. Once all the ingredients have dissolved and no ice lumps or banana pieces remain, pour in the remaining milk and blend again. Makes 2-4 servings. It’s especially delicious in sugar-rimmed glasses. Alternatively, you can make a little less and add it to a banana split, for example, as a sauce!
