Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 800 ml milk
  • 2 cups of yogurt (full-fat yogurt)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the bananas, cut them into small pieces, and place them in a blender. Add the milk and full-fat yogurt and blend well. Serve the banana milk immediately.
