Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 250 g butter or 250 ml oil
- 100 ml milk or egg liqueur
- 200 g Nutella or other chocolate cream
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 375 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Preheat oven to 175°C. Mix all the ingredients above, up to the bananas, thoroughly. Now add the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder and mix well. Pour into a greased baking pan and bake at 180°C. After about 45 minutes, pierce the batter with a wooden skewer. If the batter sticks to the skewer, bake for longer. Once no more batter sticks to the skewer, remove it immediately. Leave in the pan for another 5-10 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack to cool completely. Tip: Decorate beautifully with a really thick chocolate glaze, colorful food coloring, or simply dust with powdered sugar.
