  • ¼ liter low-fat milk
  • ½ banana(s)
  • 3 tbsp, heaped oat flakes
  • some nuts, e.g. hazelnuts, walnuts or cashews

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

Put all ingredients in a blender, mix briefly until it becomes a little foamy and your quick energy boost is ready.
