Banana-orange smoothie with Icelandic cream cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 ml orange juice
  • 400 g Skyr, maximum 500 g if you like it creamier
  • 1 large banana(s)
  • e.g. sugar or agave syrup
  • 1 dashes lime juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel the banana, roughly chop it, and drizzle with lime juice. Blend the banana pieces with the orange juice and cream cheese. Sweeten the smoothie to taste and serve in glasses.
