Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 250 ml buttermilk
- 4 banana(s), ripe
- Sugar
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix flour, eggs, buttermilk, and a little sugar to form a smooth batter. Mash 2 bananas into a puree and stir into the batter. Cut the remaining bananas into not-too-thick slices and add to the batter. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the pan and sprinkle with sugar. Tip: Alternatively, you can spread them with Nutella. Caution: These are not crepes, so don’t spread too thin a batter in the pan. The banana slices should be well coated in batter.
